I thought the same thing. I started watching Shanty about a yr now ,my mother is Trinidadian born and told me this was the style of cooking of the old days. Trying to learn a bit of Trini culture. Had no clue about the lady until Davidsbeenhere, chef Jason, Mark Weins and didn't even know she had a channel. For Ms. Shanty to make such a video and allow this type of negativity, down right awful behavior is quite disturbing. Did the lady say something to offend her? Cause after this drama I decided to check out the lady's page. Seems like drama is being created and jealousy is alive......which side is coming from is left up to those who can be unbiased. I thought the same thing. I started watching Shanty about a yr now ,my mother is Trinidadian born and told me this was the style of cooking of the old days. Trying to learn a bit of Trini culture. Had no clue about the lady until Davidsbeenhere, chef Jason, Mark Weins and didn't even know she had a channel. For Ms. Shanty to make such a video and allow this type of negativity, down right awful behavior is quite disturbing. Did the lady say something to offend her? Cause after this drama I decided to check out the lady's page. Seems like drama is being created and jealousy is alive......which side is coming from is left up to those who can be unbiased. She lost my respect but willing to give it a chance.
