    I know people say OU is over scored a lot, but I think their bars scores were well deserved and appropriately scored! That rotation was literally almost impeccable! & Audrey Davis’ bars is probably THE best routine in the NCAA period, definitely my favorite bar worker.

      What annoys me so much about the Overscored University is that they don't _need_ to overscore their gymnasts. Yes that bar rotation was amazing, those routines were fantastic. But that first routine wasn't a 9.925 at all. That 9.975 with that shoddy form on the release move? It's a joke. Also I think judges and gymnasts forget that _anything_ north of a 9.9 is an amazing score!

    There was no doubt that Oklahoma deserved this win, they were still overscored, but I don't think we can expect anything less for a home meet. Michigan really didn't hit like they could've. A little bit of a dip for them, but I'm sure they'll come back strong entering post season. I would love for then to do back to back NCAA wins.

      There isn't a OU home meet where they are not overscored. Let's be truthful. They did deserve this win, but I don't think the scores should've been that high. Michigan did show a few cracks in their armour though.

    • @Kaalyn_HOW
      @Kaalyn_HOW Před 2 lety +9

      I see people saying that the winner was correct even if the scoring wasn't. I haven't watcheed the full meet so I can't argue. However, who gives a crap if the actual number is what is important under NQS now? A big number can switch teams in the standings...and look who is in second behind OK....

      Totally understand. I’ve never been able to root for them, but can readily admit they are phenomenal. I guess I just kinda consider everyone else the underdogs, even though Florida, Michigan, Utah, UCLA, and Auburn have crazy talent. KJ Kindler must be an unusually gifted coach.

      Yeah I get it. It’s hard to like us if you don’t have the OU DNA. And not just in gymnastics. It’s the same in football, softball, etc. Everyone loves to hate us. But we don’t mind. Control the controllable and let the chips fall. Michigan is great here though. Didn’t have their best night here but great team.
