Wow. Toll Brothers never disappoints. Great job with the tour👍👏You captured each room/space effectively so the viewer could truly see the space for what it is.
I am so appreciative when a builder doesn't just construct a box with walls but actually creates a meaningful living space that a family can occupy and grow into. This. is. that. house!
*A beautiful facade. A well appointed floorplan. Spacious but still homey. I love that the living, dining and kitchen each have their own dedicated space in the home yet still open and connected to each other. No space is wasted and is utilized for ample storage. Bedrooms are a proper size each with their own bathroom and proper closet space.* And even though this house is new it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb amongst the older homes. It truly seems like a part of the neighborhood so I can tell the builder even took that into consideration.👏👏
My only very very minor issue (which could be subjective) is the size of the laundry room which I think should be much bigger and should have at least two large utility size sinks but I digress... Now all I need is a husband and 4 kids so we buy this house and move in forever🤣🤣

I'm not a fan of the electrical outlets built into the baseboards. Baseboards usually get removed when remodeling the floors and having electrical outlets means you now need to involve an electrician in your floor remodel, plus if the baseboard needs to be raised the outlets may need to be reconfigured.
