Hello pare I need your guidance for mitsubishi outlander 2009 2.4 four cylinder engine my mechanic changed rear differential oil changed without any issue but for front when we drain the nut close to 1.5 liter came out and we filled back with j1 CVT ATF. Did we put correct oil in it or we need to put sae 90 oil.
Hi, Sheik Mohamed, you should use grade SAE 80W-90 API GL 5 for both rear and front. I hope it help. Thanks for watching, please subscribe and share my channel.
Hi teody pare, transfer case oil and gear oil is same. It also have filter or not. If yes, then no need to change filter. I have 2013 pajero 3.5L. Engine is same like yours right.
Ask only is it transfer case is different from transmission case? so we have separate oil in transfer case and also separate oil for transmission case?
The same thing happened to me. I let it drain whilst I had lunch - came back to it and it was still dripping, I put the plug back in a filled it up. It only took 2L.
Yes, remove any of your tire, on your brake system you can see there is one nipple and then loose it and pump your brake thru brake pedal so that all air in your brake system will release. thanks for watching please subscribe my channel.
I watched your other video on changing the engine oil and you were using Mitsubishi oil yet you could have used even a Delo 400 for example. Now on the transfer case oil where Mitsubishi is very particular, you are using mobile why
Here in Middle East Mitsubishi transfer case oil not available I don’t why, that’s why I used mobil oil from UK. Thanks for watching, please don’t forget to share my Chanel it could help to others too😊
You know, Im starting think this specialized gear oils thing is not so necessary anymore. Perhaps 20 years ago sure when oil grades were much lower, but today I see people filling their Pajero's with all sorts autobox oil, gear oil, engine oils and it seems to carry on just fine.
Thanks
