My husband and i used Realme 5i before he gave his mom the realme and get a new phone which is poco m3. Just now he's having a conversation with someone over the phone then suddenly his phone turned off and won't open. That's why im here at the comment section at 2:19 am.September 3, 2021 Hahaha. Atleast i knew Realme is better than Xiaomi. I still Didn't have regret buying Realme i don't have any problems with my 5i even though it's almost 2 years now. Still the battery last long since its charged.

What worked for me is allowing the phone battery to drain ( it took a few days in my case because it was almost full when I tried to update the software). You will know that it is almost drained when you press the power button and the battery icon briefly shows on the screen and the phone will vibrate. Then, you should fully drain the battery by pressing the power button until it does not vibrate nor show the battery icon anymore. After making sure that it's fully drained, charge the phone. You will now see the battery is charging, versus before that the charging icon does not even show up. Then after about 30 mins, I took off the charger then pressed volume down button and power button at the same time. After that, my phone turned on and went back to life.

Okay guys i finally have new ways to solve the problem you just need 5days to drain poco m3 battery first after that... Press volume down+pwer on and plug your charger simultaneously then keep press until it vibrate 3 times then there you go your phone already on and it take time to charge. My camera don't work and when i reboot my phone it wont turn on (this happen 2 times ;-;) Latest problem is the phone wont turn on after update This is how i managed to get my phone working again : 1)Drain the battery (let the phone untouched for about 3 days) 2)After it's drained, charge for about 5 mins (its okay if there's no display, its normal) 3)Press power button + volume up button simultaneously until something pop up on screen 4)Let the phone charge for awhile, it should be turning on by itself in a few seconds Hope it helps :D
