Hello Nitheesh, studies show that all of New Zealand is prone to earthquakes. However, there is a variation in the level of earthquake activity across the country. Wellington is one of the most active of New Zealand's seismic regions and Auckland one of the least active. Large earthquakes can still happen in regions with lower activity. It’s a very tough question to answer. All most all of them are very good. I see a lot of students from Ucol & Lonsdale as l live closer to those institutions and they have a very good report about these institutions. I have few friends that completed their cap with Wesley and they’ve been giving good response too. So I don’t think you need to worry much about choosing a cap provider. Also keep an eye on the comments as sometimes people share their experiences here.

Blenheim but it’s small town.
Never heard of any big disasters in Hamilton.

Just look at this Trademe listing for property with house and more thaan 4 acres of land near Whanganui for 749k (link attached) and there is various similar listings. If you prefer rural living there’s plenty of options and they’re affordable.

The easiest to get into New Zealand, without perfect English is; 1. Aged Care Worker 2. Nurse 3. Doctor.
I agree with 1 but 2&3 are required to meet English language requirements. Instead of them you could say Engineers, technicians, plumbers, drivers, electricians, builders, carpenters, and the list goes on.
