Yeah, must have taken a true genius to come up with that.
Imagine if they'd have shown the phone under a 4g cell tower to show that it has 4g... or shown the phone next to cans of black, blue and white paint to show the phone comes in different colours..
That would have just blown people's minds 💥👀

I used both Xiaomi Redmi note 9s and Realme 6 pro. The only advantage I feel Realme have against xiaomi is the 90hz display and the 64mp back cam (though I think pictures taken from the 48mp back cam of note 9s is realistic compared to realme.) I like redmi note 9s better. Its battery is a beast, plus the screen is bigger (if u like to watch videos like myself.), I faced no issues with gaming, and the design is nice as well. Very interesting review! I wanted to ask: What is the SAR value of this device? Is it safe to use? I was very interested in buying this Redmi Note 9S, but the radiation is the only thing that makes me cautious when choosing a smartphone. I currently have a Huawei Mate 10 Pro, but for my incoming birthday, I was thinking of switching to a phone with great specs, but preferably less SAR. I checked the Redmi Note 8 (standard), and it seemed great for my needs (SAR head: 0.192, SAR body: 1.094/0.991. But this Redmi Note 9 series is really intriguing me. I'm sorry for being a little picky, but the SAR problem is really haunting me. So, what do you think? Can you recommend me this phone in this specific case? Thank you!

@@ANabih-uo3zyThank you for the reply. I was already aware of these Mi A1 and Mi 9 lite devices. I checked the SAR official European list (I'm in Italy). The Mi A1, Mi A3, Mi 9 Lite, Mi 9T and Black Shark 2 are the only devices from Xiaomi to be very radioactive, while the Redmi Note 8 series, Note 7 and some other Xiaomis are considered quite safe.

i I just purchased a redmi note 9S ( i realise that the charger that comes with it is standard ) I have 2 X 18 watt chargers that i used on my previous redmi note pro 5, on that model I could get from approx 20% to 90 % in around and hour and it would give me a whole days use
However as an example at 13.58 there was 30% when i put the charger on at 14.49 it got to 39% and showed 1 hour 51 mins till fully charged ( in addition the 2 lighting indicators came on to show it was fast charging and the message appeared fast charging. At 15.47 shows 65% 1 hour 15 mins untill fully charged. Then 16.08 72% 1 hour 4 mins till fully charged finally at 16.45 89% 24 mins untill fully charged.
I've done this now around through four times of all said on the process of letting the battery go down to 0% to 100%.
Typically Im able to charge phone from around 20% to 90 ISH in around 2 hours and 15 mins .
Do I have faulty handset or is this a battery issue. ?
    Thanks

Camera seems very very good with trcam v5 gcam version, especially nightsight mode is surreal compared to stock camera application. Looking for a solution on how to fix it I found several threads regarding this issue ... this is a common fault ...well-known to Xiaomi. Most Redmi note 9 users will encounter this problem. Xiaomi knows about this problem for over a year but did nothing ...even further, the advice is "just use earphones" that btw are not included.

Better process node (8 instead of 12nm between the chipsets) and a slightly bigger battery.

I see the light bleed problems and the update hasn't fixed it. It's not a deal breaker but the eye will notice something isn't quite consistent with the edge of the screen when you use it with apps that have light colored backgrounds.
The ads are a bit disturbing but I understand there is a way to turn them off.
