The code came back- I took it to my shop and Ill make a follow up video with some other actions I took as well as their diagnosis and repair (hopefully). I figured out how to graph my O2 sensor readings and Bank 2 sensor 1 read out was sloppy and may be the issue. This, of course, would go against the logic of a P219a code being a bank 1/drivers side issue. Ill have an update out this weekend or the week after whether its fixed or not. Thanks for watching!

The diagnosis was the lifter valley gasket....I have never heard of it but apparently there is a pretty good oil leak, which is also a vacuum leak throwing off fuel trims. 800$ job so I really hope its the fix. I burn/leak about 3/4 quart of oil in 3000 miles so perhaps this is where its going?? Ill circle back again whether is fixed or not.
