SPICY MEATBALLS | MEATBALLS RECIPE

How to make mild spicy meatballs, they tender and they taste amazing! They can be served with pasta,rice or potatoes
INGREDIENTS
For meatballs
500g beef mince
4 slices of bread
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp clove
1 medium clove of garlic
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp fannel powder
4 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
Salt
Water for soaking the bread 🍞
For the sauce
1 cup fresh crushed tomatoes or canned
1/4 cup cooking cream
Small onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 medium clove of garlic
1 1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp tumeric
Salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp honey
