I would check with the DMV if you are riding on highways with this Maddog. Most states you have to have a 250cc and above to ride on highways.

I have a icebear 50cc also I'm trying to put the 150cc in could you please tell me where you got your 150cc motor at and how did you go about installing it with the brake issue and the wide tire

Where did you purchase the gy6 ? Did come complete with the guards . I hate the plastic guards .

It's a smart idea to buy a 50cc and swap it because then you're title says 50cc but your motor is 150cc so you don't need a motorcycle license you can ride as a 50cc. I'm thinking about buying a frame just for the title and swapping my 150cc gy6 motor into it.

What did you do to switch the 50cc to a 150cc? Is there mount for the gy6 150cc to install? I just got a 50 to slow i heard about the swapping but no one has done here where im from.

@@TTorres1183 I did have a Bintelli beast that I rode until I sold it. I just traded 2 non running maddogs for a Venom X21. I also have an Icebear Fuerza on the way that I ordered and should be here hopefully by next weekend.

@@TTorres1183 most people remember my helmet covers, especially the pink narwhal one. Once I get my fuerza and the papers to register it I’ll be out an about in it again and maybe some other ones too

Why not just buy the 150cc
No license\insurance required for 50cc . You get a50cc plate and swap the motor save money from the gubmint
@@mrsir2378 That's legit smart. I was going to buy the 150cc model but if the 50cc engine can be replaced, then I'm going with that option.
@@chris135x you have to find a bottom mount 150. But depending on your weight, get abbk and and upgrade your variator if you're under 200 pounds you can hit 50-60 mph
@@mrsir2378 it look like a top mount set up to me. I'm trying to figure out if, and I think it's the case, that the frame is the same between 50 and 150 on the gen 4/5, but theres an additional mount that swings underneath the front of the 139qmb. Take the mount out and just bolt the 157qmj in. Im going to ask in the comments elsewhere if what I'm seeing is correct. Might even call cajun mad dogs if I dont get a response
