Very articulate. I would rather rent 1st to see if I would really want to live there. All units are small and don't want to invest in something, that is so small.
Been enjoying you're lists of available real states and comparisons. But do they have HOA's and/or other monthly / yearly fees. If they do, I'm sure it's YMMV. But you may want to inform the other viewers.

What about the one that was in the thumbnail? I didn't see that one at all and that's the one I would be most interested in. Beyond that, the one with the stove and full oven unit.
Property prices increase as an area develops. BGC is already fully developed. So the prices are at the highest they will ever be. It will start coming down as buildings become depreciated. There will be more 3M condos in BGC in the years to come
That's not how property prices work. The more scarce a resource the more expensive the resource. If BGC is fully developed that means the existing homes there will continue rising in price as long as the area remains a desirable location. The city of Hong Kong is an example of what happens when there's a limitation on homes yet the area remains desirable. Housing prices just increase to astronomical levels.
@@ariefraiser140 I already see 3.5M condos for sale in BGC today when 5 years ago you cannot find any under 6M. BGCs condo prices have peaked. If you are a condo owner, now would be the best time to sell

I live in the SF Bay Area and I was shocked at how CHEAP they are LOL. It's all relative. I had to smell some sharpies to wake up after fainting over the low prices 🙂 Especially in a highly desirable area. Probably cost over a million USD in San Francisco. Not kidding.

the part i don’t like about condos are the monthly homeowners fee. it’s so expensive.
Same thing if you live in a gated village there will be a homeowners association dues monthly
Don't you like security? Amenities like big swimming pool, gym, a playpen for kids? People pay monthly club memberships for those but here it's part of the maintenance fee.

Condos are quite expensive, specially in Manila. If you want a decent one they're almost European prices. I remember stumbling upon a promoter of new Ayala condominiums in Greenbelt mal and he showed me the pilot condo they had over there, it was nice but it was overpriced for what it was.
It wasn't overpriced for its in an area where the rich are concentrated
Viceroy Residences, Stamford, Morgan Suites are not BGC, these are in McKinley Hills.
Could you make a video how to find reputable realtor or real estate agency. Because there are a lot scam when it comes to condo in Philippines. I think expats and fellow Filipinos need that information to purchase with a peace of mind.

Is Viceroy in BGC?
I stayed in a room in the same building as condo #10 (infinity) and #15 (1 uptown). The best part about 10 was its location! I liked how it was conveniently located near the parks and market market. 1 uptown was VERY nice but I disliked how far I had to walk to get anywhere. I hated uptown mall (everything is over-priced) and everyone is judgmental until they hear your foreign accent

@@TheSavvyExpat The reason is status. At Rockwell Mall, the guards stopped me from entering until they heard my accent. Over here in USA, it doesn't matter how you dress but apparently in PH it does. You know how it is 😂😂

I even learned to dress in clothes that didn't fit well, looked down when walking, and appear unkempt in order to avoid beggars 😂

Only 6 of the condos are inside BGC….. HOWEVER, the cheaper condos are in Mc Kinkey Hill outside BGC.
