But... given how the RB performed sofar, a sub-3 qualifying is indeed in the cards yup. Max is notorious to pull a rabbit out of the hat when it matters, but in Monaco, tomorrow, it does not seem likely. So Charles for the win, and Max doing damage control points wise is my guess.

Almost every car bumped the wall. The "circuit" is way too small for even one car to pass. This is ridiculous, those cars are bigger then a short limousine.
The track is not the problem it is the cars. Formula 1 needs to change regulations that gives us passing on Monaco at the fastest speed possible. Step 1 is to make the cars shorter. Step 2 is to make the cars thinner. Step 3 is to switch to hydrogen v10s
This is the one and only track that, in essence, rewards points for brilliant qualy performances 🎉🎉 and I don't see any problems with that whatsoever. The (un)official Qualy champion of 2024 will be crowned in Monaco, and that feast deserves the full points 🏆

The way Charles found so much time on those mediums was something else… especially compared to Sainz
Russell was up on him in sector 1 on the mediums but hit traffic, some drivers got laps in and some didn't on multiple quick laps.
