OUR NEW GRAB LORRY IS FAILING US! - This Week At D&J Projects

  • Our brand new grab lorry is starting to fail us already, and we just can't believe it!
So in this weeks video, we take you along for a couple fence installs, and these fence installs are quite big! On the first one we have to rip out this massive privet hedge and replace with a 7ft tall overall fence, and on the second one dad rips out the fence using the grab and we install a new 7ft overall fence as well!
Dad also takes you along for a few grabs, but as the title suggests, the grab might just be broken, which is not a good thing for our business as we rely heavily on this machine!

    Hi Dave & Steve
Can't nobody do fencing like D&J.
No matter the obstacles Steve and Ant (I mis Taff, but Ant is holding his own👍)
This week's fencing jobs came out not to shabby.
No matter what, you manage to keep a straight line unless it requires something different.
You pay so much attention to detail.
Hope you get the deck job.
    Would like to see that.
Looks like Dave and Jordan had a lot going on too.
Hope Big White totally recovers soon.
As always wishing you the best
Stay safe and wear gloves Steve😀

That hedge looked much easier, glad it didn't turn out crazy hard. Sorry to hear Mighty White is having issues. The young man at twelve is going to go far, he'll probably be a company owner. That fence looks awesome, as I've said before, I wish we could get that kind of fencing going here in the midwest. Another great video, thank you D&J.

Good afternoon everyone.....it's not Sunday without my D and J catch up. As traditional as a full English !!
Everytime I see a well established hedge to be removed I wince ! Mind you with three hard workers it's quicker (but not easier of course). Thank god it wasn't too hot 🔥!
Lovely fencing job and privacy .....
**Time for panel 22 mins 34 secs*

Houses in Las Vegas are usually built on top of a 3 foot thick pad of imported, compacted soil material thst is usually somewhere around 40 to 50 percent large rocks, from the size of oranges to pineapples, mixed with lots of clay. You literally cannot dig it with a normal shovel. If you want a trench, bring a pickaxe. If you want a hole use a digging bar, which is a 5 to 6 foot steel bar, about 20 pounds in weight with one pointed end and one flared, flat edge end. I feel your pain.
