Shweta Choudhary it's not that. This guy is apparently a Marathi and most probably living in Mumbai now. If you talk to lower middle class Mumbaikars, they would very much resemble Sanjay Dutt in their speech because Sanjay Dutt does that lower/lower-middle class Bombay accent in his movies, especially the ones in which he plays the Mumbai tapori.
