    Awesome cook on that top sirloin roast Kory! I never saw someone use horseradish as a binder before. That’s a very clever idea. Oh yeah when you sliced into it.. looks amazing . Nicely done

    Wow brother after all my years of Q I still love new ideas. First using horseradish for a binder is genius! I can’t wait to try it on my next prime rib. Then using the dishwasher or microwave for resting makes so much sense. Great tips and awesome looking roast Chef! Careful with that spicy Beaver on your meat though brother.

    Some vital information, like how long was the beef on the grill, what was the weight?

      I said in the video 6.5 pounds. Time on your smoker is irrelevant because I was using a meat probe to smoke it to a internal temperature of 120. Using a probe is much better than using time when it comes to hitting a certain temperature. I hope that helps. Have a great weekend. Any other questions hit me up.

      All depends on the cut and what temp you are running. Always use a thermometer.
