    to everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
    •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
    Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
    You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
    I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight

    I passed through depression, anxiety, solitude. I had felt scared, lonely and meaningless for many years. Then I met a wonderful girl, went to a therapist to learn how to manage my inner issues, began to give more love to my parents and to myself. I'm now 24 years old, I'm finishing my university studies, and what matters most: I am happy (at least most of the time, lol). Keep faith on yourself, be a good human, you are better than you think.

    To all those who struggle rn:
    Take a moment. I know everything is frustrating and exhausting rn. To many open assignments, exams to write and the money is short. So...
    Take a deep breath, if you feel like it, take another deep breath. And understand thats okay to feel exhausted and overwhelmed by everything. Don't push yourself over the breaking point. Rest, sort your mind, you will find a way to be okay in the end. So take another deep breath and take it easy.
    I believe in you. You can do it, in your own, maybe different, way.
    Keep going. I know you can.

    I know you are feeling pressured and frustrated but
    Always remember that you’re not the same person as you are yesterday. You are changing. And while sometimes it doesn’t always mean you’re progressing, it’s also a means that you are not stuck.
    If you get tired, take a rest. Take a look back and reevaluate everthing you have done. Not because you fell short, but because you haven’t figured things out yet. Every decision turns ito a lesson.
    Just always remember that even if you’re not yet in a place where you want to be, you’re in a place that you worked hard for and you deserve it.

    My POV: Currently taking an exam for the 2nd Quarter of the 1st Semester and you are listening to this calm music to get yourself together, to calm down, and be positive about it.

    Hey! How are you? Well I hope you're doing fine, doing well in school or work! I just wanted to let you know to never give up.
    -If you're doing an assessment or studying for a test, here's a checklist for you:
    - 1 or 2 bottles of water (depending on how long you study for)
    (This will keep you hydrated and drinking water can help your brain)
    - A little snack or maybe some fruits
    (Its really good to keep a snack near you so you don't get hungry or you just need to eat something to get rid of stress)
    - Your school supplies
    (This one is pretty self explanatory, but just make sure you have everything so you don't have get up every time because you forgot something)
    - A blanket or a Jersey
    (If its really hot or its during the day, you might not want to do this, but if its really cold or during the night, just make sure you have a blanket or something to keep you warm. Just so you don't cold while doing your work, and that would make you go to sleep)
    - Stretch or have a break after every half an hour (30 minutes)
    (If you don't have a stretch or a break from studying, your brain will get tired and won't be able to adapt better)
    - (Optional) A little diary
    (If you already have one then great! If you don't, that's absolutely fine! But what I do is just keep a diary incase of any notes, or sometimes I just wanna write a checklist myself of the school work I want to do that night, so when I finish it, I feel really proud!)
    If you don't have access to any of these, that is absolutely fine, but this is my checklist that I have that has really helped me and I just wanted to help you as well. Don't worry! Keep going at it! Keep trying even if it takes a million tries, you won't get everything done at first. Have a great beautiful/handsome and I love you! :)

    Hey, to anyone listening to this why doing missing assignments, I'd also recommend listening to Wii music. No one really knows why, but it helps people get their work done faster. Put on the 10 hour loop and get those assignments done!

    in a few minutes i will take my stats exam for 3 hours and i am so nervous. and idk why but it helps me to calm down. i will listen to this while taking my exam. fighting to everyone who will also have their exam!!! believe in yourself, you can do it!!!

      i think most essays (especially college/university ones) take longer than that to write tbh, especially if it's a hand-in and not for exams
