Honestly, i'm proud of the ULC Devs.
Because they actually balanced stages how they should be.
The first and 2nd phases are not too different in strength.
Phase 1 is pretty good, but still beatable.
And Phase 2 is a little bit stronger, but also beatable.
As its purpose is to help you get in that last bit of damage you couldn't do in Phase 1.
Usually, when it comes to phases: the first phase is absolute garbage; and the 2nd phase is literally death.
They actually balanced this very well.

@Caleb-bz6kc both phases being amazing is so op cause if you try in both the phases you automatically win

Also, in order to have every upgrade for Ut3dBB Sans, you would need:
Ut3dBB Sans: Conquered badge and 200 Wins.
Annoyance: 200 EXP and 250 Wins.
Right back at ya.: 400 EXP and 400 Wins.
Soul Sword: 1000 EXP and 500 Wins.
And finally:
: 6666 EXP and 2666 Wins.
The upgrade actually does show on the exp upgrade. However in order for you to see the upgrade, you need the win count to unlock the upgrade (I think it was 2666 wins and not 2999?)
Actually You need to Touch "default" skin To see the fourth upgrade (without the 2666 wins)
Is the event exclusive or will it be back in another Halloween update?
