I have not installated exhaust in years! Glad it did not wreck anything we can see so far with the wheel coming off! Axle, another $12 worth of gas, some nerve pills for the dog and you should be good! Glad you’re both ok. Could have been worst was high speeds! Stay safe, Brian.
Yep, could have been WAY worse. Thanks Uncle Mark!
Man, you really get into the Meat & Potatoes of the vehicles! Enjoyed the video! I just had to put a fuel bowl heater in my 7.3 Powerstroke. Came out one day and it just won't start and the wait-to-start light won't come on Had me confused for a while and kept plowing the fuse! I love CZcams I came in and looked for a trunk with the same problem and found a guy who went through all the trouble to find out what the problem was I ordered a Fuel Bowl heater online and had it in a few days and Just put it in and the trunk started up right away! Love youtube Save me all kinds of time. ((Dam I just saw the end when you lost the tire OMG That was crazy as Hell LOL wow!))
The Fuel Bowl heater on my 2000 7.3 is on my To Do list... and with her being 24 years old, the list is growing... Got the parts, glow plugs, harness with new gaskets, engine harness, and the last part, turbo rebuild kit just came in for Christmas :) But! she still starts, run and drives really nice :)
Yeah, the fuel bowl heater/fuse blowing is a fairly common issue on these. In my case, my fuel bowl heater hasn't been hooked up for years now. Since I live in TN, the winters just aren't that harsh so I can get away with it. Yeah, losing that tire made for an interesting trip.
It sure was interesting to watch Never seen something like that before ! I did lose a tire off a 69 Mustang that I was towing down the highway one day . I had a friend put the tires on it and he didn't tighten the nuts! And before I knew it I had people passing me Laughing and I didn't know why until I looked in the rearview mirror and saw Sparks shouting out everywhere! Then I figured it out LOL! That was on the 695 beltway going about 65 miles an hour! @@ProjectTimeGarage
Glad everything and everyone came out unscathed for the most part.
I swapped out my 2 piece drives shaft on my c10 from an early 2000s Chevy extended cab, 1 piece aluminum drive shaft for 100 bucks I think it was. You have a local yard you like could make a junk yard scouting video?
Yeah, there's a local yard that's full of cool old treasures. Guy never crushes anything. Neat old yard. I'm pretty sure he would'd go along with me filming in there though.
Poor old truck!😎 Reminds me when I was a teenager working at a logging camp in the fjords or British Columbia (not Fords) the 4x4 pickups took a real beating and occasionally the rear drive shaft got bent so we just removed it and all was well again?!?! lol
Yep, those driveshafts are really low, especially on a truck that has a little lift on it.
Poor Nova. Your exhaust went together better than Dora's.
Yeah, she was not digging any of it.
Well I wassa thinkin that truck needs to be on stock rims with Tall Boy tires... I've learned my lesson on over size tires on my 2000 F-250 SD! And dang Ford front replacement hubs ain't cheap 🤣😂😃 But thats a first for me, seeing your tire and axle just roll on out!
Yeah, I have my share of trucks with oversize tires. A7.3 ford on 35x12.50x20, a 6.0 ford on 33x12.50x20, a 94 RAM V10 with 35x10.50 and this old dentside on 35x12.50x15. LOL, I've replaced my share of wheel/axle bearings for sure.
I thought you missed lug nut day at tire school til I realized the whole assembly fell out. #,jeeplife lol
Honestly, I questioned myself too until I realized what was going on.
My soul would have left my body if this happened to me lol good thing you wasn’t going to fast those people at that house would of had a new doorway in there house if the tire and axle went flying off super fast
Yeah, that tire could have caused some major damage. Ended up in someone's yard - just rolled to a stop.
You picked a fine time to leave me, loose wheel...
Ha, that's too funny. Gotta love a situation that brings out some Kenny Rogers.
Those seat looked sweet..
Yeah, the look great, but they're WAY too thick for the truck - kinda like me, lol!
Idk why your videos haven’t been showing up for me! Dang CZcams
Yeah, I've heard that from others too. No idea why.
You trying a new version of the carolina squat?! :)
Yeah, I'm mixing it up - little carolina squat with a little gangsta lean. I'll call it the redneck tilt.
@@ProjectTimeGarage 🤣🤣🤣
Happend to me on a 69 torino
It's a little unnerving for sure.
did you grease the muffler bearings.
Lol, evidently I did.

Then his wheel fell off....
Do I have permission to dislike this video? So sad to see.
Yeah buddy, you sure do. FYI though, It's got a brand spankin' old rearend back in it. Video forthcoming!
