It's just that not all people have "the perfect hair" and using products it's the "magic ingredient". But of course, it's his channel and he promotes his products.
I will say the 25 Spray is pretty solid. I haven’t tried much else because I have favorites from other good brands as well. However, I did try to post a 2 star review once on his website because this other product that just had the opposite effect of what he said and the review was never released so idk, that was the sketchiest part about his whole thing
