We use simple rubber bands :) sometimes glue dots

Wow. Beautiful. May I ask how did you get lights inside the balloon? Did they come with balloons? I see Gemar and Qualatex have neon balloons but not sure if they are with lights. TIA❤

Thank you! It's neon balloons, there is no lights inside. But you need Led lamps in the room for this kind of balloons.
