The point on paying salaries is redundant because you can have a 6 figure agency without any full time employees

I'm currently a freelancer looking to make the switch to agency. I have only been freelancing for a couple of months and I'm already feeling the constraints of doing it all myself. I’m currently building my own business website. I do this part-time next to my 4-day job, and I want to build a team in the future.
