Disclosure - This video featured the 'Paid Promotion' alert at the start of the video. this means that Spinnaker provided the watch to me free of charge and I do not have to send it back. However Spinnaker had no control or input in the creation of this review. All opinions are my own.

Loved the truthful presentation !!! The watch itself is stunning !!!
I got these both and I'd have to agree there's good points and not so good points. But overall worth the price and they look nice on the wrist.
Spinnaker always make really nice watches, but they are all let down by the weak lume they put on them. I love the idea of them working with the whale sanctuary, and them donating some of the money whilst also bringing more awareness to the plight of the whales. The display case-back would have been much better, if it had used a rotor with an Orca cutout, or a rotor with an enamel filled engraving of an Orca.
Really nice looking watch, a little thick for me I think. The H link bracelet looks solid and suits the watch well. Great video Kieron, cheers 👍
Can you discuss Bulova's new special edition watches: The Sinatra Editions and the Frank Lloyd Wright?
I have two Spinnakers already in my collection and by far they rate in my top ten watches out of the sixty I own... I do love the ocean and what this watch represents, saving our beautiful Whales. I too think it would benefit by being thinner on the wrist and maybe using a sweeping quartz movement to become a grab and go watch. Great review my friend, you make solid points.
I agree, I've had a few Spinnaker now and I'm always extremely impressed with the quality. And the dial on this piece is one of my favourites, but the thickness is a big negative!
LOLITA, the Killer Whale at Miami's Seaquarium just passed away. I went to see her "perform" as a kid. The only good thing is that seeing animals in captivity help inspire people to protect them in the wild. Nevertheless, all animals need to have room to relax, run and play. Just enough room is never enough. Hopefully one day, we will be beyond needing display creatures and will be good enough stewards of the planet to protect animals and the environment without hurting any of them. Oh ,BTW, I like the watch. The lume whale beautiful.
Hey that purplish glow that nightclub purplish glow was that because you are camera was on an angle or is that because the bracelet actually glows black purplish?
I've the spinnaker hull, I have one watch per brand, but I loved this one
that's a very nice happy meal looking watch.
I believe the commitment that Spinnaker is doing with this release is a 5% of each sale goes to this project which, if my maths is correct and the actual value is correct, will be around £40k, definitely not bad but I feel like it could've been a little bit more (considering the total of £776k that both limited ediotion versions will bring). Great initiative, regardless, and cool look of the watch as well!
Thanks for clearing that up. Agreed, would've been better with a bigger donation, but the awareness is also invaluable
I bought this one in orca blue but the time is really fast like it’s running 1 hour ahead what should I do? I contacted them they said them it unwind and try again
Beautiful, but... Do they really need 15mm height design for a Nh35 mov? Too chunky... 😮
Indeed!
Thank you for a great review!
I love my Spinnakers but the diver extension is useless and the caseback should have been solid with a nice engraving instead.
I wish spinnaker would innovate rather than producing dials/colors/lume/special or limited editions.
I don't mind the limited editions, it offers enthusiasts a chance to get something a bit more unique. But yes, I think that the Hass model needs an overhaul in design
Thanks for the vid, well balanced. 😁👍.
Just bought the Orca after having the Beluga in my basket!! Which one?, which one? ( can't afford one, let alone two 🫣😂 ).
Love the watch though. Sticking with the Orca 👍
Oh yeah - 7.25" wrist 😉👍
Good choice! It should suit your wrist MUCH better than mine! 😆 Enjoy my friend!
This watch is a perfect example of why I don't own a spinnaker. They get so much right, and then blow it, on every model. It's a brand I really want to like, but every watch they produce has at least one fatal flaw that stops me from pulling the trigger.
It is upsetting the watch is placed inside the box in a piece of yellow round cardboard! Super cheap, it is not a pillow or foam cylinder watch display.
Mine arrived with no protective wrapping, the bracelet scratched the inside of the box.
The bezel top triangle does not line with the 12 marker.
It's in cardboard for recycling/ocean preservation reasons. That is very bad that the bracelet was scratched though, every Spinnaker I've had has been stickered up and minty fresh.
Contact them, they'll be happy to replace it I'm sure
Great 👍 video mate
Thanks Nug, always good to see you in the comments my friend 🙏
No availability now 😢
unusual
Pretty watch but way too thick
So, it's a dive watch with no lume on hands !
