I recieved my airdopes 131 pro 2 days before but the airbuds are not charging even after i have placed them in the case today. Any suggestions?
I have purchased boat 131 pro just now.
I connect the earbuds on Redmi 9 Prime mobile but only right or left bud gives sound other not.

Hi team i have just purchased airdopes 121pro on 26th of September and now my left bud is not working its not showing any light indicator its just off i but if put into the case the case shows that both buds are there(1 1) but one is not working even i have reset twice but still couldn't solve that please help me out .
Even I have purchased airdopes 121 pro on last year July 23 and the problem with it is everytime the left side doesn't charge in the case and the left side 1 is also not showing in the indicator and I have replaced it till 7 times till now

Hi Akhileswar, No, there is no such app, you just need to refer the manual to connect the airdopes.
How can one know how much battery is left in the charging case?
When the white light starts blinking then the charging of the case is low. The case takes 2 hours to get fully charge. You can use it 3-4 days on single charge of case.

Battery backup of per bud is only 1 hour, i listened music for half hour in 50 percent volume and after half hour battery level in bluetooth settings is at 60 percent, it gives maximum battery backup of 1 hour, it is so frustrating to charge after every single hour, u guys on your website say battery backup is 3 hour per bud, but that,s not true, i received my order yesterday and this battery things irks a lot

Charging the Case
Step: To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer/ wall adapter/ powerbank, etc.
White LED blinks continuously while the case is on
