What a lousy review! Not sure what you watched mate but it was certainly not "Sleeping Dogs". This was a gripping mystery with great acting. I will certainly recommend it and watch it again.

I loved it
This was very good, I watched it to the end and there was quite the twist before the movie closed. Everything made sense in the end, and the acting was nailed on. The flash backs were needed to be able to put the puzzle together at the end of the film. And a puzzle was used to illustrate how complex the murder was along with the loss of and the regaining of the main characters memory. It's in no way awful to me and Russel is excellent as usual he completely stole the show. I'm giving it a 7 1/2 out of 10, sorry you didn't enjoy it.

It was watchable and one of Russell Crowe better films but could have been better. Nice twist at the end and kinda reminds me of Momento.
Very good review, this is a waste of actors, film and anyone's time watching it. I could say more, but you nailed it!

While normally part of that is true, most are 'straight to VHS' or nowadays...streaming. Poor Things, Aquaman, Wonka, Beekeeper, Madam Web, Mean Girls etc. are not quite "nobody knows of."
