I started in duo lane and learned ADC and sometimes support, then learned jungle. Now trying to add Mid to the mix of roles, to expand my macro knowledge. Since I started as an adc, it’s easier for me to comfort pick an Ezreal, Draven, or Tristana. I feel like the biggest thing I have to do as an ADC playing into an assassin like akali or even Fizz, is to respect the cooldowns. If you waste a 3d ability or a 2nd, I know I have a 10ish second window to jump on your face without getting punished. Conversely, if I jump in and 2nd and 3rd akali ability are up, it’s certain death. Respect and knowing when to all in are so huge regardless of your class in the mid lane matchup
hi bro, yea..thats true..It's hard for an assassin to make a comeback in a quick fight if he misses one of his skills. It all depends on the position and how fast it moves. There are a lot of players who can predict enemy movements no matter what champion is playing. Sometimes it's hard for an Adc to defeat an assassin, but not impossible.
Last game I got stomp by a frocking ezreal mid. I hated they did that. Even a Caitlyn plus Aurelion soul in mid

I was actually wondering, how do you stop these champs from taking plates? A few days ago I was vs a Cait mid and she didn't have to step close much and just aa'd until she got lots of platings. If I step in range she autos me, I had to use shroud to force her to back off but once it's gone she gets at it again
In my experience the biggest enemy when vs ADC mid is my own mental. Playing vs adcs who dont need skillshots to harass is very tilting plus the short lane makes it so that its easier for them to run away when you try to all in
hi, yea..sometimes is hard to play vs Adc, but after many games i learned how to win vs them. In this season i was vs Varus, Tristana, Draven, Top 3 Samira and more. It all consists of how you use your skills against them. Akali can defeat any adc at the beginning of the game, only you need to know your champion well.
If you can't win in early game, wait for lv 5. After that you will be too strong for them. It's enough to kill them once.
@@akalionn Thank u, sometimes it is hard to not let them snowball cuz even if they don't kill u, they can get plates with very little difficulty and harrass you when u try to stop them. But I think in dealing with ADC midlane I just need more practice. I used to hate going vs lux and veigar but now they're free food because I started to learn their cooldowns and range intuitively because I keep going vs them
yea, champs with more CC are very annoying , even for assassin's. With more practice you can win vs everyone, keep going ❤️
@@akalionn Despite how hard/initially frustrating she is to master, akali is so rewarding. at this point she's the only reason i keep playing, shes just too fun
