how to solder copper

unsoldering and soldering connections above a water heater. the right side is the cold feed and isolation valve. the left side will be the hot outlet.
materials needed :
copper tubing cutter
torch (mapp/propane gas)
emery cloth or sandcloth
silver solder 95/5
flux/flux brush
copper fittings and tubing
damp rag
spray bottle with water or
fire extinguisher nearby
