Yannis is not THE singer of Ghost Love Score. Neither is Floor, Tarja, nor anybody else. Yannis recorded a cover version that was inspired much more by the way one person sings it rather than the other. That is my point, the point I'm laying out for you for the third time now, and for the last time. This conversation terminates here, I have better things to do with my time in the sun.

Both floor and yannis can sing way higher than this ending. Yannis reached a G#5 here, check him on Wardrums Baptised in Fire for an E6 (and I don’t know any male metal singer reaching a higher note).
Part of the performance is making it look harder than it is for them.

Mostly headvoice in the beginning. in the second half i sings mixed voice (take your headvoice and give a little pressure on it -- well, simply explained :)), but in a very high, technical quality! Amazing!

This cover has consistently given me the goosebumps for 4 years, and the original didn't really jive with me. I wish Yannis would do more Nightwish covers, his voice is perfect for the more orchestral tracks.

I spoke with Yannis live in Finland for rather a long period and despite him being an elite master singer he is a super cool, down to earth and humble character. What a person!
I met him in person too when he came to the UK last month and he is just like you said: down to earth and chill, and he really enjoyed being there with his band
I was on his concert in Poland. He is the cutest person i've ever had oportunity to met.

In Floor's version, she is too dominant. In this version, like in Tarja's, the solo voice blends a lot better into the orchestra and choir.
he actually combines both iterations here, he uses the original lyrics where Floor might have misremembered ("brings me to thee", "singing on the shoulder") and instead of starting at the D in the final part where he sings "Redeem me" he starts at the F like in Tarja's version while keeping with Floor's interpretation
I heard this version first, and then I heard the original. Wow, this is so much better! I cannot believe his voice.
The best version is NW with Floor Jansen live at Wacken 2013 or in Buenos Aires 2012

When i first heard Floor singing this, i was stunned. Actually, i never thought i will listen someone getting even close to her quality, in this kind of epic symphonic-progressive metal thing at least. During many years this was true. Today sir, for me, you have archived the impossible. Well played. Well played, indeed. Replaying button is certainly going to suffer.
As much as I love all the ladies to ever be in nightwish, is it just me or is his pronunciation amazing. Even when really belting out never lose track what Yannis is saying.
This is the best thing I heard in last 21 years. And that's when I heard Nightwish for the first time. This is Floor version and it's bloody awesome. Beautiful voice and oh my God so powerful.
