Move camera to position where your hands are comfortable so you don’t keep going out of shot and slow down so we can see what you are doing and focus doesn’t keep moving to your fingers instead of hook
Another thought rather than sounding ungrateful and bossy to a creator that has taken the time to share her art.. you can slow the speed down on You Tube for closer looks at the stitches. Was the camera angle perfect...no...but if I was spoken to in that manner I would be incredibly insulted. Be kind and be grateful..the world is cruel enough. :)

thank you for your suggestion, I will try to setting my camera and keep it focus on my fingers.
