I was told that the release of oxytocin is a response to the pressure stimulus caused by contractions or suckling. Oxytocin then encourages more contractions or milk production of mammary glands. Another example of positive feedback is clotting.

Does giving growth hormone by injection, trigger the negative feedback loop so that natural growth hormone is suppressed?
What would happen if a negative feedback mechanism did not return the value of some parameter such as blood pressure to its normal range?
