Just popped in to check if the noise I'm getting from mine is normal. Seems like it is, unfortunately. Other than that it does what it's supposed to, I got a manual type on the cheap. Takes a bit of guesswork to get the right amount of hot water.
I was all excited but then a problem - this review is for the Infinissima TOUCH, a superior being that had me wanting one. Unfortunately it doesn't say TOUCH in the video title and I missed it on the screen. In NZ we only get the Infinissima model - the excitement is all gone = ( Additionally I was thrown off track by the reviewer's comment at 3:15 "Dolce Gusto are calling this a manual machine but it does feel pretty automatic to me as the water does cut out when the LED lights hit zero" - it IS automatic, the non-TOUCH model available to me is the manual one. It was still a really informative video, but back to square one for me!
I can't tell where is the milk coming from when making a latte. Do I need to heat up the milk separately and pour into the cup? Or do I pour milk into the container and it will make a latte accordingly?
Nope. When you buy the latte drinks, it'll come with one milk pod and one coffee pod. So you put the milk pod in first, dispense it, and then put the coffee pod in after.
@@TechNuovo video is misleading btw. Almost got it but realized this is the costlier Touch version you have in the video. Your package at beginning of video clearly says it's Touch
A silent pod coffee machine 😂😂😂..... the machine is perfect for people on the go , quick and easy. My old 12 year old gusto is just as noisey but still works perfectly. Upgrade to this machine a few weeks back all good

Yeh budget friendly coffee machine. Although, even spending more money doesn’t mean you get a quieter machine unfortunately.

This is Infinissima Touch and is not the manual non touch version. Explains your confusion on why they call it manual, since it's not.

Yeah I suppose it's both. I'd say it's a gloss black overall but does have the matte grey accents.
