how did you maintain the earth on th micc when joining with plastic

Pre fab Earth tag on the inside of the gland as well as a separate cpc conductor meant I could just wago it on

With the four pole main switch, how are you guaranteeing the neutral breaks last, i.e. not sending 400V to those single phase loads?
