When battery level is around 30% it will blink as a low battery indicator, mine also blinks when I am around 75% or less going up big hills or going full throttle for extended lengths. Battery draw indicator. I have to warn you the your handle bars will probably get looser over time as mine have to the point it is my biggest complaint. Good ride and video.
I can't leave a comment on your short but I really appreciate you making that video as I was so disappointed in the play in the bars even after tightening not realizing I had to loosen the screw. It worked and I will lock tight it. Can't wait to get back out there tomorrow and try it out... Mine were getting really really lose and I was about to call this scooter a piece of crap lol. @justkoolrayray75 right I figured there was a way to adjust because I went around and tighten everything and realized the bars were loser easier to fold more play..loosened the screw a little bit and noticed the change

I am 6'2" and the bars are low on the Rovoron so it is out of my line of sight so it doesn't bug me much. @@AllJuiceNoBrakes
