@@Fish4Ever I microwaved some basil for 6 minutes and it became crusty not soft like you said, do I need to put it in water while microwaving?
@@robinvangrysperre9568 ..yes, you need to put it in water, but just a thin layer of water (enough to cover ½ inch over the leaf). Without some moisture, leafy greens usually dry out. Next, you allow it to cool if it's too hot, otherwise it'll do more harm than good.
Hopefully you've already figured this out by now, as she mentions blanching in a lot of her older videos as well.
@robinvangrysperre9568 man 6 minutes is insane. I microwave an entire bowl of soup in less than 2 minutes.
I never thought of keeping guppies, but I think you have convinced me. I've been researching various types of freshwater fish to keep and yeahhhh I think I'm going guppy and it all your fault 😅 I'm surprised at the varieties of guppies there are these days!!!! So may colours, so beautiful

After watching his video , I grabbed a spinach leaf (boiled as instructed ) and hung it in the tank . Let’s see if my guppies eat the leaf . I am also feeding them the pellets . Will update here in a couple days.

@@galacticsolider6424 im a girl btw if they're guppy fry, put them in a separate tank to avoid getting eaten by their parents because guppies have no responsibility in taking care of their children; if they're adults, leave them be, be sure the tank is at least 5 gallons or 10 gallons maximum. @@galacticsolider6424 btw if you want the guppy fry/baby to live with its parents without getting eaten, separate it in its tank for at least 1-3 weeks, so it will grow bigger than their parents mouths, and if you want to identify its gender, know that a roundish or smaller and less colourful tail is a female, and a brightly coloured or bigger tail is a male, pretty sure you can figure it out, im not a professional but im teaching what i know

Great video. I have guppies in a heated aquaponics system, and been trying to figure out how to close the loop as much as possible.
Spinach and kale can be grown in this system or the larger cold one, so "reject" leaves that have slug damage would be a good thing to add to my guppies' diet.

Whatever I feed my guppy they are not eating. artemia , vegetables, mosquitoe larva, pallet food etc nothing they are eating. From Yesterday my adult fishes also not eating anything. Today also they didn’t eat both adult and fry. The fries are about a week or more old. Any way to feed them??

Yes. They can. Tetras tend to have problems swallowing pellets though so be cautious. Sorry for the later reply

I feed mine twice a day. A pinch in the morning and a Pinch at night, enough to keep their bellies round and full and make sure that they eat all the food so it doesn't pollute the tank.

Can u say how much to feed 2 guppies because I overfeed them
3 times a day max. Better feed frozen food only thrice a week once in a day, if pellets not more than 2-3 for each one can feed everyday and if flakes then just a pinch can feed everyday. You may feed twice a day once they are adults like after 3 months. In early stages feeding more is better can go up to 5 times a day but water maintenance is critical. Every tank is different if planted one much better. Also feed boiled green peas without skin twice a week so it would help in their digestion. No matter how much you feed them they will keep coming but don't get excited or else it will cause in overfeeding !!!
