'Rob the nest' - A PE game for all grades and ages

Rob the nest is a P.E game played all over the world - It’s great for any grade and sport you choose. I show you how to setup, the gameplay and rules, as well as some variations when playing this activity.
- The aim of the game is to get as many balls (eggs) as you can back to your teams hoop (nest), without getting tipped by the defenders (‘angry birds’) before time runs out…
