Yessss that's one of my favorite songs by him, it's so damn real.
I'd love to see videos on just about any song in his catalogue, barring any features. He tends to get more introspective when it's only him. Tracks like Society, Keep Breathing, Edicius, Dementia, Jim Carrey, Autophobia, Help Yourself, Be Fine, etc etc. Coincidentally, that's some of his best work and my personal favorites. Whenever I introduce his music to peers, those are typically the ones I share first

After the second time of listening to this, I realized that King Iso was actually mimicing the cadence Twista did on his song Overdose from back in the day. Holy shit. And Rittz flow is so unmatched, it's crazy. I don't know anyone who has a better flow than him. Then Twista's technical style is just overkill lol.

King ISO is an amazing artist who really speaks facts and puts his own vulnerabilities on display. Rittz is the one who got him hooked up with Tech N9ne to get on Strange Music. It's a long story really but they have a bond. ISO shouts him out in several songs. They have another song together called "BYOB" (Be Your Own Boss). The song "Jim Carrey" is one of his absolute best that you have to take the time to react to.
Supposedly they have a collab project in the works. Would be wavy

@@silence6813 Yeah he did, King ISO has a long video about how he felt just before jumping into Strange Music which was his dream. I think it's like an hour long storytime but there is a condensed 10 min version out there.

Never heard of King Iso until I saw him in concert last night with Tech9 and Hollywood Undead. Iso was definitely the highlight of the show for me. I've been listening to him since the show last night.

@Seryma86 he was amazing in concert. Is was a 3 hour drive back home from the concert and we were listening to him all the way home. What made it even better was after his set, he came out with his crew and stood right behind us in the crowd. He would autograph anything anyone asked him to, and he was talking us.
This video Ryan was on point, the way he explained Twistas rapping style and verses was perfect.
iso was straight and i'm happy for the introduction. but rittz's flow hit escape velocity on this feature. and that's why he's a staple on my playlist even tho i don't hear his name mentioned a lot
Rittz's features can/should be feared by anyone he's invited to rap with. Dude's features 100% of the time sound like he's rapping as his very first time ever being heard. As much as I absolutely love him as a solo artist, I could see him teaming up with a running EP theme with a heavy-hitting rapper and it being the best shit Rittz has ever put out.
I dont think people realize that Twista released adrenaline rush in 1997 hes been in the game for 25 years. The fact he's able to still spit a verse like this is just mind blowing what a beast of talent.
Twista and the speedknot mobstaz in 96’ and he had previous album a before that. I think he’s been in the game since 89’
I was listening to Mista Tung Twista on a burned CD when I was in high school in the early 2000's...I believe it came out in '91. Dude has been rapping like this for 30+ years.

Twista has a "Killer Instinct" flow. Listening to him is like being in a different room, while you hear someone getting hit with a loooooong ass, 40+ hit combo that either, ends with, "ULTRAAAAA COMBOOOOO!!!! or ULTIMATE COMBO", depending on how he ends the verse. 😂😂😂😂

I’m still waiting for iso to drop his best song, was on autophobia but got left out, think it was called Ghost-town, had some kind of red dead 2 southern beat, blew my mind.
Twists definitely brought it home in the end. At first I was going to say he was just displaying his technique but it wasn’t much on topic but in the end he made it on brand and that was impressive.
I think the reason why any track rittz gets on he is so commanding is his ability to double time and chop while also giving a animated delivery. His delivery of his lines just forcefully grab your attention.
ISO is such an underrated rapper. Songs like DMT and Apparent absence also need a reaction
