Sweets & Namkeens are great. Enjoying twice in a month. But the lunch. Strictly a BIG NO to white rice lovers. Nothing to say much about Dal, pulusu, magaya (aged) as well with red rice. Good curd ofcourse.The methi bonda size is hardly settle between two fingers and LIMITED to only ONE with each meal. We were there for the first time and it was not a big welcome. Staff are not following the 'ATHITHI DEVO BHAVA" concept. Very silent. Even the banana leaves they serve do have many holes and found difficult to have the right one. I am happy that your motto is great. But for the food lovers, add some love when you serve. Like it was totally embarrassing for refill. We had our food at Sri Gayathri Kukatpally. May be at all other places not using pure products as you are, but definitely, time to treat us with little respect. After all, it is paid. No charity. My expectations were high basing on my exp with your tastiest sweets. Good luck.
Very own experience analysis... Please correct their behaviour of Emarald staff. If not it effects badly to this model concept.
