I just finished this drama and I have to say that it's the best drama I've ever watched. The complexity of the characters, the love that the main two leads share, all of the family ties and friendships and betrayals that happened between the characters...this drama made me cry so hard in some points and made me so happy that I could cry in others. I will always cherish this drama.

I never fell in love with a couple such as these two..I am Filipino woman...not fond of soaps and one day...flipping thru channels...I accidentally saw this serial..I cried the first 5 minutes..I love like the princess. I love deep. and forever waiting until the man I love comes home.
Done watching this great drama...but will watch it over and over again...truly remarkable story of a great love, passion, romance, tragedies and redemption.....love the two actors MCW and PSH-----hoping, praying and wishing that they will get back together onscreen and in real life, who knows come what may...great chemistry that was also a part of the drama's success...sighs!I will always love you TPM.for life...big time...my favorite drama of all time.

I think that's actually why I like the drama so much....in our eyes getting rid of Su Yang seems really easy but as they continue to fail it just gets more heartbreaking to watch. You will def. love the rest of the drama but get lots of tissues ready lol. The last couple of episodes are complete tear jerkers.

@Nisatu27 when it came out, people around me were only watching "idol dramas" and i believe heart strings was topping the princess' man in mysoju ranking which was stupid. no one was giving much attention to the princess' man. it deserves MORE attention than bof, playful kiss and etc. well it's my opinion.

I was disappointed that this drama was going to have a.sad ending UNTILL I SAW THE LAST FEW MINUTES. DAMN THIS DRAMA IS GOOD.

lol, im still at episode 18, almost finish it. I really love the acting and the story. However, what i dont like about this drama is how protagonists always fail the plans and too obvious. If you watch Dong YI, there are more complex
