So there are a couple guys in front of Hendon in the Heisman...depending on who you listen to. I've noticed for example though....they are always still in the game during blowouts until the very end. I hope the Heisman guys see that Stat padding and take it into account. JT Daniels hasn't came out early in a blowout yet..that I've seen.

I thought he was supposed to be an nfl level guy?? He's missing throws left and right. So many deep completions that would be touchdowns if he was accurate.
When people criticize stroud, they say all he did was throw to wide open targets, locked onto one target too often and had all day to throw so he was barely under duress. This criticism perfect applies to hooker, although I have yet to hear anyone assess this specific criticism to hooker. People unfairly assess criticisms to players based off a number of variables, the school they attend, the personnel around them, the scheme they operate, etc. When you really watch the film and compare the two side by side, stroud is night and day better than hooker, who's numbers were clearly boosted by his offensive scheme, which focused heavily on screens as an extension of the run game to open up down the field shots, there are few examples of intermediate throws in hooker's film yet when he does attempt them he is uninspiring at best to this level of the field. He's much more of a thrower than a passer, the only time he's not throwing a fastball is when he throws a go. Based off of his intangibles and his physical skill set, I would consider him rounds 4-5 as a developmental project, but I definitely don't think he'll live up to the hype of where he'll inevitably be selected.
His age and his erratic accuracy short-intermediate will be the primary knocks on his draft stock. Probably a Day 2 pick. I suspect his accuracy issue is correctable.
25 too old to play and 8 missed passes all year? Hmm. He’s averaging 10.9 yards per pass. 2 INTs all year, one was a toss up. Sounds like a hater to me

They ran 75 plays and 33 were passes against Georgia. That’s roughly 52% run and 48% pass, just like they’ve been all season

Not a better deep ball thrower if he gets the time, if he goes to the right NFL team he will do well, GO VOLS!!!
