Todd, the video is "wavy" because you enable the "stabilize video" option when uploading to youtube. Your original video likely shakes and this is how youtube fixes it! Just disable this function next time you upload!

all the cameras are "wavily" like this. They fix them and send them back just as broken. These are high end sony cameras.
