I have a similar idea on this. I love the rustic look. If it wasn’t the cement or concrete could be open to many cracks, etc. However, it ties together with theme.

I wonder how these burn down. Also What do you do with the left over materials? I love the idea of these, but don't know what I would do with the left over cement.
I’d like to see this as well. I don’t go online to do tutorials, however, I have a similar method, while using a couple of other elements. Seeing the candles burn in candle videos could be helpful

Hi the labels is from amazon and the stamp is my logo custom made by rubber stamps companies ❤
What is the water to cement ratio and I didn't know you could make candles with concrete cement?
Hi the ratio is you see in the video its like thick cream

Nothing will happen it will just be dripped over the cement looking so beautiful . So its up to you weather to keep it as an art piece or dump it 😉
I love yr video...and tried this but my wax didn't stick to concrete base do you have any ideas what happened plez will try again tia
Hi if it didn't stick then try to varnish the cement before you pour the wax, and try not to make the cement flat cos the more you stick it to the carton walls the better it will stick to it. let me know if it will work that way. thank you 😊

Why use paper molds instead of silicone for reusability? Concrete cures in silicone also, would it not be cost affective?
I have silicone , but I wanted to use the the paper since i have a lot to recycle ♻️ Thank you ☺️
What type of container are you using for the mold? Round Shipping? Beautiful job by the way!
Thank you so much, i used recycled tube that you find inside wrapping paper, or canvas etc. i never throw them. you might use pringles containers its the same.😉

It's normal cement from the hardware stores, I don't know where you live. but you can find it somewhere and yes we need water only. ❤

Tried it but my wax and cement didn’t stick …. When i unmold it the candle came loose from the cement base😥any tips?💙
