    Yep. 57 years , 170 lbs. At 47 years I was 290 lbs! World of difference. Totally different reality. Don't quit brothers. Begin by missing one meal a day, and build up a month at a time. NO MORE FAST FOOD!!!

      He'll NO. I don't give up my double zinger stack for no woman. But THEN I'm more active than your average man. Since I ride my bike 5 times a week. So it's calories in calories out all day bub. You cant be eating popeyes and guzzling coke. And sitting on the couch all day. You have to MOVE..

    Body game is important but posture , eye contact and relaxed conversation is way more important. This builds trust women like men that are confident that way they don’t have to think as much if they have to think too much the answer is always no

      I've worked on all of those over the years and pretty much maxed them out, but I still get no interest from women. Living life on "Nightmare" mode really sucks.

    this brother is speaking facts. Been talking about body game thanks to the OG Rom Wills and Steph Is Cold. In most places outside of the gym, I'm usually the only man who practices body game. Its crazy how sloppy the men have let themselves get. And both men and women treat you differently when your body is on point. It's like nature's cheat code!

    im 24, fairly lean and vascular because of my diet. also just found out i get heads turning but never carried to notice until now. its crazy how i found someone i can relate to in my environment of haters. been cutting off gaming here and there, but after hearing your experiences im cutting for good!

    Not eating right and having a weak core gives you a typical body type. Plenty of guys at the gym working out all the time but walking around with bellies. Body game is a full on commitment not just lifting some weights and going through motions with a round belly.

    I am 39, 14% body fat. Been skinny practically my whole life. Just tabulated my macros, ready to go in on it! I think with my metabolism i am primed to blow up pretty quickly with the newbie gains.

    Health is wealth! 💯☝🏾Tbh I've been the skinny, nerdy kid and the cool, fit guy. Think Family Matter's Steve Urkel vs. Stefan Urquelle. 😂😂😂 Your point @ 1:14 about fit guys automatically commanding respect with our presence is facts. If insecure dudes don't like us, they're very careful with how they go about it. Snakes gotta play friendly in our face and only take "Jabs" sometimes with "Courage" in a crowd. When I was skinny ppl wouldn't hesitate to bully me (verbally or physically) on site.
    We only get one physical body in this lifetime. Bless it with sunlight, exercise, vitamins, h20, healthy food and scrap the drugs!

    Past couple years I haven’t a full nights rest at all. I ben laying off work, going to the doctor’s for sleep medication n that shit has me unconscious where I don’t stress or have anxiety then the more i kept taking the medicine i was getting heartburns n shit. The multiple dr visits was getting expensive, I stopped going for that medicine. I researched cortisol and how that affects your body and where it comes from. I used to stress a lot so i decided to start meditating and working out again to help manage the stress and anxiety. I quit drinking energy drinks completely because all that caffeine increases cortisol n that shit always gave me mood swings, irritability and stress. Now I’m able to sleep full nights no problem from taking care of myself. I’m still fat however its the little things that really make a whole lot of difference in your life and ima keep pushing to be better. This video really hit the nail on the head.

    I can cosign on this. I used to be fat before I got serious about my fitness. When you are fat you can't put in any serious work in the bedroom. I was lucky to get three strokes in before I would bust. Such a night and day difference between then and now. Now I don't need any mental tricks or pills to last as long as I want to.

    FACTS BRO- Ive always been in shape and looked good "from what people say" Men say you need to stop your getting too big- Women stare and you can see them start to drool with their fat man standin beside them, Some women will stop what they are doing and come running just to get a better look at ya, You can tell men are afraid to step you women "some" are afraid to talk to ya yet will stare.     My cousin the only dude I know who fat as hell still pulling shorties. That dude got immaculate rizz bro while me I’m just good looking, but my wordplay is not there, and I be dry, so I need the girl to be the talker, so ian gotta worry about keeping the conversation going when she’s doing it, and a big part of that problem probably has to do with how much I play video games because I don’t experiment enough with girls, and I just always let them come up to me.

    The real way you know you're living life on "Nightmare" difficulty is when you've put in the time to get into head turning shape, improve your face, your hair, your style, your confidence, and your charisma, and now get lots of looks and compliments when you go out, yet somehow still get NO interest from women.
    And holy crap does it suck, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

    I was with you until you started repeating the dead tropes about acne like "they're not eating clean, not drinking enough water".
    I had it throughout my twenties and found that the cause of it was caffeine. Not even a lot either, I even avoid decaf because it still has trace amounts.
    I don't know what happened but at 21 my body just started to reject it (because I had been drinking it prior with no issues). I ate CLEAAAAAN as fuck, did everything right and still suffered with it.
    I considered that caffeine could be the cause but was gaslit by doctors saying it wouldn't be that, and it wasn't until I went like over a month without it before I started seeing results, which had me disregard it for the longest. My comment might fall on deaf ears, but if anyones out there seeing this dealing with it, try going completely caffeine free for 5-6 weeks. Make sure you read what you drink/eat because they put it in everything. It's also naturally in dark chocolate 💔

    But my body keeps waking up early, if i go to bed early.
    if i work out its hard for me to go sleep early. Sometimes working out gives me so much energy i be up for 24hrs straight

      @@BasedCBO the only caffeine i get comes from pureleaf or gold peak tea. But strangely caffeine doesnt affect my energy levels. I wish it did. If im tired or sluggish i cant drink a coffee as a pick me up. I dont like the taste of coffee, but i did drink it when i worked education because it was hot and the building was always cold in the winter and fall. i used it to warm me up. But never felt any energy or highs, now if i drunk too much of it, i would get headache. Thats about it. Kinda of like alchohol. never felt drunk.

      @@BasedCBO I will give some insight, I have lower energy levels as an older guy mostly because i am over 220lbs.
      I use to be 150lbs for most of my adult life. But i gained weight, because the women i find most attractive were chasing the guys with dad bods.
      An the fat chicks was chasing the skinny guys. But now im switicing from girls my age to women 20 years younger who prefer slim guys.
      So i work out to gain muscle and lose fat.
      i digress. My energy levels have always been higher. But with more cardio and strenght, i go from having depleted levels of energy to feeling like super natural levels of energy.
      There is no in between, My energy levels in my 20s and teens has always been higher than people my age, an always higher than people younger, even in my early 30s. I use to roller skate. an young cats would be like O.G. Where you get all that energy from, just watching you skate makes me tired. I know they be joking but i heard it all the time. My energy levels didnt start to deplete until like 43 to 45. but thats mostly because i got much bigger, went from 170lbs to 190lbs to 230s.
      i digress, the extra weight keeps my energy depleted only if im not working out. But my depleted energy levels is equal to most follks natural energy levels.
      The average non athelthic 20 year old has my same energy level. But when i work out my energy levels last for 48hrs. Like im on high octane for two days straight, I kept pushing through but i was going days not being able to sleep. working a job. and getting off trying to take a nap, but not even being able to sleep. just laying down woke,
      i tried late night work outs, i even tried working out early in the morning before work. The before work seems to be what keeps up two days straight.
      its weird i am stuck between working out and wanting to sleep 8.5hrs to 9hrs. but i cant do both.
      i been researching when you lift weights you should get 9hrs of sleep for muscle growth hormones to activate
      things that make growth hormone and testosterone activate
      1. Sleeping 9hrs
      2. Fasting
      3. HIIT (sprinting)
      4. Lower body lifts like RDLs and Squats
      5. Horse stance
      i learn about these things an tried to apply a few of them.
      Havent did the spriting and fasting yet.
