Keep in mind you pay for where you live. Yeah you can live in some parts of the South and there's nothing around you. So you pay for amenities and to live close to the city and what it has to offer. Downtown Atlanta is more expensive than living in Gweneth county
i actually looked at this property last year its so unique!! the owner (female) is an artist and you can tell she put alot of thought in this property.

It seems like she liked the first house better. At the first house, she jumped on the furniture and she seemed more happier there. It almost seems like she was pressured to get this house and she didn't seem too enthused about it. Personally, I like the other house better. It seemed to be in a better location, the pool was way better than this one and it had more space, etc. This house is nice don't get me wrong but the other one seemed to fit her more. Just my 2 cents.

I know I am nowhere near to be talking about buying this or not. But this house is far from beautiful. It's still 10000x better than my current crib, but I wouldn't buy this house if I had the money for it. Too dark, but the view to the City is beautiful though.
