Thank you! Johnny Carson at his best in New York from Studio 6B. Jerry Lewis and Zsa Zsa are actually funny. Johnny was slow to change from the original TK-41C cameras to the TK-44A's. The bright colors, especially in the background, are probably attributable to employingTK-41C's. One almost forgets how small the studio is. If you can find more New York Carson segments, please post them.

That routine with Johnny and Ed was hilarious 😂 I loved the lines about “wife swapping” “fire island” and the “Penn Central conductor”. Classic stuff there. Also back when you could smoke cigarettes and not be the devil incarnate.

I love it when new Tonight Show segments are uploaded. This was 1970. Do we know the exact date it aired? Imagine if suddenly a Tonight Show is found, restored and uploaded of the Zsa Zsa Gabor - Johnny Carson incident. Where supposedly Zsa Zsa said to Johnny "Do you want to pet my pussy (cat)?" and Johnny quickly replied "Yes, but there is a damn cat in the way" 🤣🤣
@@rickercss Anyone can do a better job by not lying. The video is only 480p. Maybe he meant he restored it in 4k but only uploaded it in 480p? It does look bad but AI shouldn't be used to dream up details for archival stuff anyway, just make it look as good as recorded as you can. Doesn't make much sense to upscale something that came from 480p in that case except to get around CZcams's potato bitrate.
