When twilight came out it was literally a joke that he was killed by Voldemort only to come back as a vampire. This is not, like, rare trivia just for Harry Potter fans. If you have a the first step up from just a functioning base knowledge of pop culture you probably know this.

Actually, if you do some research you'll find they are absolutely correct. Henry Cavill was considered to play Cedric but was considered too old, so Pattinson got the role. The same thing happened with Twilight. Poor fella.
@@_demilemma_ Can't imagine how Cavill felt having two roles consider him too old and choose Robert Pattinson over him 😂 Maybe the first time, you brush it off as, "okay yeah that's the industry" but twice with the same guy, I'd start to get a little paranoid 😳
It's honestly hilarious how he only had like ten minutes of screen time in Goblet of Fire yet still managed to be more entertaining, more memorable, and more full of life than he was in five Twilight movies
At least he thanks Harry Potter for shaping his career unlike most Disney channel stars who blame them every bad thing in their life and don’t acknowledge the fact that they made them famous.
That's funny, I always though he looked stupid holding the wand like that. To me it looked less like he was holding a gun and more like he was fighting the wand.
There is a certain sensibility to holding the wand with two hands. Maybe. Yes, additional points of contact can help to improve accuracy (and there are a lot of spells that need to be aimed), but if the wand is light enough that you can easily hold it as if you were pointing your finger, that matters less. Personally, I'm more a fan of the Wand technique from the American campus, where you keep it at your hip, and all duels are settled by high noon quick draw at 75 paces
That red jacket look is so cool, chic for some reason. Only Robert could’ve pull off. I love Henry Cavill but when I first saw Robert as Cedric , I thought it was pretty accurate casting
I actually like him in this i think its his best acting as he's not playing the "I dont talk just look around pouting for the whole time" role that he plays in everything post twilight
I think what makes or breaks an actor no matter what the movie or show is it's all about with behind-the-scenes and I'm not talking about the writing for directing I'm talking about being able to be a person and having some sort of fun being able to connect with people that you're working with and that's normally translate in the movie and or show because the actors are giving their all or at least feel the most comfortable they can while performing and again it may not be perfect but you can tell the difference when you get to see these behind-the-scenes
I mean when you're acting with wands and such I'm sure it does look silly until they edit the cool stuff in. Everyone acting skills were amazing that we can't see the silliness and the editing job was great enough that it balanced well with the amazing acting.
This is why I honestly laughed at people who freaked out that Robert Pattinson would be Batman because all they thought about was how he was in Twilight even though they didn't realize that he actually talked negatively about the Twilight books. They never realized he was in a bunch of other movies including being in a Harry Potter film that was quite good. It's just funny that no matter what the fans will just completely lose it over whoever is casted as batman. They just don't learn. They freaked out over Ben Affleck and then he turned out to be the best part of the Batman v Superman film, and then they freaked out over Robert Pattinson and then it turns out the Batman is apparently a really great film, unfortunately I haven't seen it yet but I intend to
