I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time. They make updates every 2 weeks. Until the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update. Now the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up. Although I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply. The camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one. They update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat. And so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone. Better in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.
Здравствуйте. А мне камеру вообще подменили я считаю,т.к я купила камеру imou круизер, а на моем смартфоне показывает совсем другой заводской номер камеры imou life. Найти крайнего не могу. Как такое вообще может быть? Как Вы думаете? Ведь мастер брал ее домой перед установкой.сказал,что так надо.
