Wow nice one ma... Looks delicious... I really don't like cooking jellof rice cuz of issue of adding water while cooking and the rice losing taste of combined spices... I need help on this. As in, the rice will tast good when mixed and still raw...then later...😢
This is always the case but what I do is I make sure my seasoning taste a little over than it should be. A little too seasoned and once it is ready the taste will balance out ❤️❤️
