    Le Sserafim workout is my go-to workout but sometimes I get tired and PMS.. So I made a low-impact, EASY version of the original routine. Hope you all like it!

    The workout:
    0:16 50 Stepping Jacks (I made the name up)
    1:55 50 Easy Burpee (I made the name up again)
    8:53 20 Squats
    10:46 1 Song Plank Crawl
    14:03 20 Knee Plank Up and Down
    16:32 CHALLENGE (optional)
    17:35 20 Russian Twist
    18:46 20 Toe Touch Crunches
    The original Le Sserafim Workout:
    100 Jumping jacks
    100 Burpees
    20 Jump squats
    1 Song (approx 3 min) Plank crawl
    20 Plank up and down
    20 Plank twist
    75 Crunches

    Day 1:: ✅ i was already sweating so much but i got through it.
    Day 2::✅ a bit easier than yesterday.
    Day 3:: ✅ seeing abit results since im already slim.

    2:01 forgot I can't do a push up 🙃many people said the original le sserafim workout is too intense, I agree, I don't even do them that often but I often do parts of the workout or switch to low impact when I'm tired. Hope this routine is helpful!

    ...okay, well, if you were showing us how best to reheat frozen pizza you’d be speaking my language, but let’s say this is you speaking a language I took in high school and so know the rudimentary elements of!
    ...which is to say: this is great, and I am absolutely going to use this to get started on exercising, again. Well, butler dance, then this.

      And I’d love to hear why you guessed I’m in my mid-to-late 30s. Is it because I’d be in that age range to have been influenced by the height of Disney sitcoms? (Canonically on the internet, I’m 100.)
