Ryan Loder does sparring at Urban Sprawl Fitness with MMA Gold. MMA Gold's Head Coach is Jim West, having coached UFC fighters Aspen Ladd, Anthony Hernandez and Max Griffin. Ryan Firinaiu also joins the sparring session. Over the weekend Ryan Loder visits one of his sponsors Beach Hut Deli then attends a viewing party with Urijah Faber and other members of Team Alpha Male. Maycee Barber and Josh Emmett are both on the card .
