I go to school at Eckerd College and we have been catching gags off the pier. Been cooking them up in the dorm kitchen and they have been amazing. Beer battered with a crispy Everglades seasoned panko crust, so so good. God Bless.

Redfish Runner im pretty sure he also caught a gar that had parasites. it wasnt the main focus in the video but i believe he said he was going to try it, started to fillet and saw parasites so it got tosses. i dont remember which video it was in, an older one though. it was a smaller one but still
