    Nice work! Great story. It reminds me of many of the steps I went though to build my '38 MG Supercharged Special. I cord-bound my steering wheel and leaf springs the same way, watching television and wrapping knots! The wordwide scavenger hunt for parts, and the long evenings in the shop pay off because these cars just feel so great to drive on public roads. Just like you said, the public just seems enamored with them and they will draw a bigger crowd than most cars worth 10-20 times the amount.
